More Vitamins, More Hair

Many medical professionals report that hair loss and baldness is a result of a lack of vitamin B supplements. While Vitamin B is of course important to the diet, especially with its B3 niacin content for hair growth, Vitamin B6 is equally important because it contains much needed nutrients like biotin, magnesium, sulfur and zinc.

Other important vitamins are:

- Vitamin A - Also important for hair growth, to make sure to consume the right amount of vitamin A, include fatty acids in your diet. Examples of these are primrose, flaxseed oil and salmon oil.

- Vitamin E - Also important for hair growth, Vitamin E helps stimulate your bodies’ intake of oxygen plus helps improve your blood’s circulation. Your blood’s circulation helps with the growth of your hair as well as the circulation of the necessary vitamins throughout your body.

Tips to Happy Homemaking

Ok, let me explain. It is not as though I have ever taken the kids to school in my birthday suit, I am talking about getting dressed, combing my hair and applying lipstick. For a while after I became a mom and homemaker, I would wake and simply tie my hair in a pony tail. I would hardly change out of my pajamas and baggy pants and a sweatshirt became my homemaker’s uniform. It wasn’t long before I realized is a no bueno habit. Not exactly how to explain this phenomena but my days are far more cheerful if I don’t feel frumpy, unkempt and as though I am 15 years older than I am.

Wake Up 20 Minutes Before the Kids

One of the ways I accomplish getting dressed is I wake up 20 minutes before anyone else in the house. Although some mornings I must drag myself from the bed however I am always pleased I do. Those few minutes of silence allow me to collect my thoughts and prepare for the day ahead. It is amazing what one can accomplish in 20 minutes. When the kids wake, I am dressed and usually smiling, the lunches are made, and breakfast is on the table. As the kids sit at the table for breakfast, so do I. I have a few moments to enjoy a cup of coffee and conversation before the morning schedule shifts into action.

Somebody who’s had experience playing the sport and has learned the best swings needed to achieve their goals on the green. Focusing Telescopes for the Best View

Telescopes can offer hours of enjoyment, but they most be focused to show a proper image. If telescopes are a part of your new astronomy hobby, it is important to learn how to focus your telescope.

First, set up any telescopes where you will be viewing the stars. Avoid direct bright lights, which will keep you from seeing faint objects.

Next, select a very bright star high in th esky or the moon as a focal point. Use your telescopes’ finder to center the star or the moon in the telescope. With most new telescopes, you will have to align the finder with the main telescope. Your equipment will have instructions that walk you through this process.
