Many medical professionals report that hair loss and baldness is a result of a lack of vitamin B supplements. While Vitamin B is of course important to the diet, especially with its B3 niacin content for hair growth, Vitamin B6 is equally important because it contains much needed nutrients like biotin, magnesium, sulfur and zinc.

- Vitamin E – Also important for hair growth, Vitamin E helps stimulate your bodies’ intake of oxygen plus helps improve your blood’s circulation. Your blood’s circulation helps with the growth of your hair as well as the circulation of the necessary vitamins throughout your body.
